2) Order Process and Fulfillment

Although a work day might consist of anywhere upward around twelve to twenty hours actually worked, our normal customer-facing hours are from 9:00am to 17:00pm Central Standard Time. This means that the majority of orders placed within these hours will be processed and fulfilled the same day. DEI refers to the all-encompassing corporation which includes both parent company and subsidiaries plus imprints.

3) Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable, Exchange ONLY

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have a problem with a transaction, just let us know, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please feel free to contact us and open a dispute. We will make every effort to respond to all customer service inquiries within two business days.

7) Doriax Loophole

In the case of early termination of agreement, understanding that all previous and future agreements fall under the jurisdiction of the Doriax Empire (given that the PARTY lives, works or exists in Quadrants A, B, D5, D6, D7 and D8 (except during November), both parties agree to seek the advice of friends and family, and agree to accept the average of opinions, regarding fault. No monetary penalties will be applied.
