1) DRM-Free, Not Scot-Free

This means that you can transfer the purchaseable Dope Enterprises (SpaceStation Colt and Dope KPC) and Def Mute Records content from this website to as many or whichever devices that you own. This does not mean that the purchaseable Dope Enterprises and Def Mute Records content from this website should be showing up anyplace else outside of this website or the alternative channels approved by Dope Enterprises Infinity LLC because that constitutes unauthorized distribution.

2) Order Process and Fulfillment

Although a work day might consist of anywhere upward around twelve to twenty hours actually worked, our normal customer-facing hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. This means that orders placed within these hours will be processed and fulfilled the same day. Although many of the orders placed outside of these hours will also be processed and fulfilled the same day, the service level agreement is for those orders to be processed and fulfilled during the next closest 9:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. Central Standard Time working shift.

Order fulfillment will come from Dope Enterprises Infinity LLC, herein listed as DEI, for all products and services of its subsidiaries: Dope Enterprises (SpaceStation Colt and Dope KPC) and Def Mute Records. DEI refers to the all-encompassing corporation which includes both parent company and subsidiaries plus imprints.

3) Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable, Exchange ONLY

This is the only way that things can be because of the nature of digital merchandise.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have a problem with a transaction, just let us know, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please feel free to contact us. We will make every effort to respond to all customer service inquiries within two business days.

4) Tell Six People About Dope Enterprises Infinity

You, the fans, are our VP's of Advertising, so the more people around the planet who know about Dope Enterprises (SpaceStation Colt and Dope KPC) and Def Mute Records, the better our chances of people liking our products, showing us some luv, and copping an eBook, an album - or two - or all from the site.

5) Privacy Policy

We are dedicated to protecting your privacy and handling any personal information that we obtain from you with care and respect.

A. The newsletter features a double opt-in subscription mechanism, so if you are receiving it, you must have really wanted to know about Dope Enterprises Infinity.

B. Selling lists of personal information never made sense to us. Why in the universe would we work this hard to obtain fans only to turn around and sell off our competitive advantage? The price we would pay is too high, and the prospective buyer(s) could not afford the cost.

C. Any information collected is only disseminated internally across the Dope Enterprises Infinity LLC (ultimate parent) network of subsidiaries which includes Dope Enterprises (parent/publisher) and Def Mute Records (record label) plus Dope Enterprises' two main imprints: SpaceStation Colt and Dope KPC. This is done not so much for content-relevancy purposes (although there is a significant amount of overlap among the properties) as it is for technical functionality in e-commerce. Simply put, you can actually purchase items from the various entities all in the same shopping cart.

6) Enjoy

PARTY agrees, under no uncertain terms, for the remaining time left using COMPANY'S products, be they in digital, print, or aural form, for more or less no standard period of time, whenever possible (insofar as implementation of this agreement does not interfere with paragraph 2 subsection 14) to enjoy COMPANY'S products.

7) Doriax Loophole

In the case of early termination of agreement, understanding that all previous and future agreements fall under the jurisdiction of the Doriax Empire (given that the PARTY lives, works or exists in Quadrants A, B, D5, D6, D7 and D8 (except during November), both parties agree to seek the advice of friends and family, and agree to accept the average of opinions, regarding fault. No monetary penalties will be applied.
